⚠️Terms of Use and Rights for MODELING- I reserve the right to refuse any project that does not match my style or capabilities.-I do not accept NSFW, realistic, mecha, furry projects, or requests based on real people.- I have the right to publish the work on my social media.-You benefit from a temporary exclusivity (unless an additional option is selected).- Please credit me when you share any content.- Commercial use of the digital and physical files is prohibited unless additional options are purchased.-No type of modification to my work is allowed.
⚠️Payment Terms For Modeling- Payment via PayPal / Credit cardPayment in two parts:
-50% upfront deposit (non-refundable) → to reserve and begin the modeling
-50% upon delivery of the final files.-TVA not applicable (Article 293B of the French Tax Code).
⚠️Terms of Use and Rights for PRINTING
- I only print my own creations (personal or commissioned work).- I may refuse to print if the model is too small, large, or complex.-Shipping mainly within the EU.
Shipping outside the EU possible but with higher shipping and customs fees.- I’m not responsible for postal delays or losses.- No guaranteed delivery time.- Final price and options confirmed after order details.-Broken item? If photo proof is provided, I’ll cover reprint and reshipping once per order.
